Yep, I’m also a certified yoga instructor. My unique integration of life coaching into the practice of yoga helps to develop deeper levels of self-awareness, a calm mind, increased flexibility and an enhanced state of well-being. It is guaranteed you will leave class tuned into a higher vibration.  (((._.)))

Classes are designed for the beginning yoga student while challenging the more experienced practitioner to go deeper into the fundamentals of their practice. I provide a supportive environment in which beginning students can learn the foundations of a yoga practice: yogic breathing, movement, proper alignment in the postures, and meditation. Emphasis is on allowing your body to move gently and fluidly through the postures.

Hatha is the most commonly practiced branch of yoga. Hatha is derived from the Sanskrit words for sun (Ha) and moon (tha), which suggests the goals of balance and harmony between opposites. It is considered the root of many other styles of yoga we know today.
