letting go is key

The quicker we let go of things, the quicker we get to move on to the new and wonderful things that lay just ahead. The sooner we let go of unhappiness and pain, the sooner we become happy and pain-free. It’s really quite that simple. Simple but not easy. For many of us, myself included, letting go can be hard.

But the plain truth is, we cannot fully enjoy the present moment and see all of its opportunities, while mentally spending all of our time in the past. When we are visiting the past, we are in ghostland, which means we’re kinda dead in the now/real time.

You could pass up your whole  life, by holding onto and living in the past. Let go! Whats done is done. It’s gone. History. Over. Forgive yourself and everyone involved. Stop punishing yourself and move on. Be free. The only way to be free and to enjoy the rest of your remaining life, is to let go.

Let go of all thoughts and feelings that keep you stuck in fear, pain, guilt, shame, blame, anger, resentment. The sooner you forgive yourself and all involved, the sooner your sentence  is over. You’ve paid the consequences, learned your lessons. Now move on. Be free.

You can never reach a state of happiness or peace while holding onto painful thoughts or feelings. If you want to be happy, start letting go of all the thoughts and feelings that cause you unhappiness.

Start today. Pick a thought or memory that causes you pain every time it floats through your head and heart. If you’re like me, you’ve more than likely played this little clip over and over  and analyzed the episode to bits. More than likely, this clip brews up all kinds of emotions that are painful, making you feel angry, unhappy and generally not good. Now, take this thought/memory and consciously choose to let it go. Delete it, by forgiving yourself and all others involved. What’s done is done. Move on. You have now made a whole gig-load of room to think and create something new and happy instead. Out with the old, in with the new!

Every time that memory shows up (yeah, it’s highly unlikely it will just disappear right away, especially if it’s an ancient one), choose to forgive and let go.  Like with an unresolved ghost, send it into the light, resolve and dissolve it with love and forgiveness. Let the ghost-thought know, it’s ok, you survived, everything turned out ok, peace, rest in peace. Provide the little ghost evidence of all the things that are going well in your life, that you are ok.  Do not feed the little ghost-thought the pain it desires to stay alive. If you keep at this, soon, that thought will be so starved of your energy, that it simply stops coming around.

How great would that feel, eh? To be free of a particular thought that keeps you imprisoned in a place of unhappiness. Try it, you’ll like it.

let your love flow

This song changed my entire life. I have always loved this song, ever since I was a kid. But, during my self awakening, this song took on a whole new meaning. Unconditional love, is the key to life. In love we evolve. If God is unconditional love, unconditional love is what we want to evolve to. It’s easy to be be loving when things are going good, but the challenge is…can you remain loving and peaceful even when things are not going so well? Like, when your spouse tells you they want a divorce because they’re in love with some else. Or when, the job you’ve been at for twenty years says they don’t need you anymore. Or, during a time when it seems the whole world is falling apart. In love we evolve. Keep your love flowing, regardless of circumstances, and you become the master of personal peace and happiness. Want to learn how to let your love flow, regardless of whatever is going on in your life? Email me at farzana@farzomatic.com to set up a personal Evolve into Love workshop.

just be glad to be here….

Step one in any journey towards self-improvement and change requires the releasing of fears and limiting beliefs that keep you stuck. As your life coach, I shepherd and shift your thinking from focusing on fears from the past and about the unknown future, to focusing on all of the things that are working, right here, right now. In focusing on things to be glad about, we increase the gladness.

Just be glad to be here. There’s nothing to get done and there’s nothing to prove. When you have nothing to prove you have nothing to be afraid about. You get to just have fun and just be. Feels like freedom ;0)

This track, Hayling, is a great meditation on this concept. Listen, enjoy, and repeat until the idea sinks in.
