Wow, it’s already October. Looking back at this year, was it mostly tricks or treats? It’s time to start creating your goals and dreams for 2010. How do you wanna change and improve your life? What’s the next level? How could your life be more of a treat and more in line with your true preferences?

Have you begun setting your intentions? Don’t wait until January 1st, my friend. You’ve gotta start the momentum of life-altering, long before December 31st. Why? Because, more than likely, on January 1st you’re gonna be in party hang-over mode, which will give you the excuse to start your new healthy habits the next day….or the next. You get my drift. Just like training for anything, you gotta start before the day of the race.

Begin your reinvention program now. Be the new and improved you at the beginning of the 2010 versus the middle of 2010. So, start today.

Get a sheet of paper right now, and list some changes/improvements you wanna make in every department of your life:

If you need some help defining, setting and achieving some of these goals, email me at farzana@farzomatic.com

There is a certain magic to writing intentions and goals down on a To Do list. A To Do list creates focus, accountability, the desire to accomplish and scratch off. Don’t make the list too long or you’ll overwhelm yourself. You can always refresh the list as you knock items off.

As you start achieving your goals/ intentions, you begin a momentum of success. Nothing breeds success, like success! This is also why you must keep the list short, and each goal broken into small steps – so you can easily achieve each listed item and yelp out, “Woohoo, I rock!!” Set yourself up for success. Success makes you feel happy ;0) Feeling happy, rocks!
