A friend recently asked me why I coach and teach. Here are my thoughts.

I coach and teach at workshops because I get a thrill out of helping people reach their highest potential.  I LOVE watching people get unstuck and tune-in to their to true and awesome, kick-ass selves! I LOVE seeing happiness replace sadness. I love seeing people lighten up.

We are all awesome, unique and excellent, why settle for less? Why settle for a life of darkness and unhappiness? Why settle for thinking you’re not good enough, bad, unloveable, unchangeable?

I also coach because, I truly believe that the more genuinely happy people on this planet, the better! ;0)

Happy people are folks who are following their true path and expressing themselves fully. When people are authentically happy, no longer frustrated and stuck in life, they do things to make others happy. Angry, unhappy people  suck the joy out of everything and create all sorts of trouble and unhappiness for everyone around them. The fewer unhappy, hateful and frustrated people, the better. I am here to help the unhappy become happy. Happiness, love and light is within all of us. Sometimes it just takes a lot more digging and clearing of crap to get to it – but it’s in there.

Increasing world peace begins with each and every one of us finding that personal wellspring of love, peace and happiness within, and then rippling that love and light out into the collective consciousness. More light and  less darkness, is a good thing. (((._.)))
