During the Dot.com bust of 2000-2002, I had a very profound experience that can only be described as my personal spiritual awakening. In this process, I came to fully enlighten to the fact that love is the only reason we are here.  Yeah, sure I understood  and supposedly knew this already. But my previous knowledge had simply been a surface/intellectual understanding of love. Now, it was at a deeper spiritual level. An experiential knowing and alignment, on all levels of mind, body and soul. Thinking love, speaking love, acting love, being love, vibrating love. We are all here to learn how to give and receive love. To love, and to be loved. Love heals. Love sets us free from pain and suffering. Love is the exit from any personal hell. Love opens the doors to all the good stuff. I realized, that it is only through love, that we evolve, as individuals and as a species. Love, is a more evolved state of being than fear and hatred. Love is light. Let there be light! Love lifts us, fear sinks and shrinks us. Fear and hatred are forms of darkness, and are less evolved states of consciousness.

With this new understanding, I saw that I had spent the majority of my time thus far on the planet, hating my life. I spent a lot of time blaming and complaining. Sure, I had many reasons and justifications. But, in this new moment, I decided to let all of the hurts and disappointments of the past go, including resentment towards the current dot.com bust and recession. That was then, this is now. All of that pain and anger, no matter how justified, served only to keep me from my very own happiness. I realized that my early set backs were merely my handicap and challenge in the game of evolving into pure unconditional love and happiness. Even though I had been born into darkness with a major love deficit, I could still become love, love and be loved. I was not doomed to dwell in disappointment forever.

I realized, I would never achieve my highest aspirations in life while a part of me was still swimming around in lower vibrations of fear, resentment, discontent and unworthiness. All of the good stuff I wanted in my life was out of reach, because I was dwelling in the wrong vibration and dimension. All of the happy stuff was floating around in the higher love and happiness dimension, and it could all be mine once I was in the same vibration. Success and failure are merely vibrations. We vibe with what we focus on. Whoa, I finally came to understand what Jesus meant when he said that we could not enter the kingdom of heaven while bemoaning our lot. We cannot possibly attain success while vibing and believing in disappointment and failure. See, in the kingdom of heaven, no one gets in with a fake ID. So your love and happiness has to be for real/genuine. To enter the kingdom of success, your belief in your success has to be real. Your results and experience always let you know where you stand and what you really be(lieve) versus what you want or pretend to be(lieve). You may be able to fake out fellow humans with fakery, but not the kingdom of heaven (your success and happiness dimension).

By (subconsciously) holding onto and focusing on all the disappointments of my childhood and early adulthood, I kept inviting more and more disappointments into my life. Why? Because the Law of the Universe is that we increase what we focus on. It was time for me to increase my happiness in life. The only way to do that was to now shift my focus to all of the wonderful things in my life. In doing that, I began to see how very kind the Universe had been to me. As I began to see and appreciate all the love God/Universe had bestowed upon me, I began to understand that that love far outweighed the love I felt I had been cheated out off, due to lack of parents. Feeling loved by God/Universe turned on a light within me, changed my vibe, and changed my life. 

I am not special. The Universe cherishes each and every single one of us and is constantly sending us signals and episodes to recognize and align with its divine love and abundance. Sometimes we tune-in on our own, at other times we need guides, gurus and coaches.

Whereas before I was mostly an agent of duality; flip-flopping between love and hate, depending on circumstances, I now consciously chose to be only an agent/expression of non-stop love, regardless the situation. Unconditional love and happiness.  In doing this, this planet is one personage happier, the environment is one personage less polluted by darkness and hatred. Won’t you join me, in making the world a more loving and happy environment, by choosing to be an agent of love and light?  The darkness is expelled by each and every one of us consciously choosing to serve/express love alone. 

Stop expressing darkness. If a certain job, situation, person, consistently makes you angry and hateful, misaligned from your true calling, maybe it’s time to make a change, yeah? And if you can’t come up with an alternative, accept and love the situation/person. Love your life and it will love you back. Let there be light!

Sure, I fall out of the higher vibration, every other day or so, as life keeps on sending challenges to test and strengthen my levels of faith, unconditional love and happiness, but that’s ok, with each fall from grace my recovery time is faster. ;0) Sometimes, I surprise myself and see the test as it is happening, and stay firmly rooted in calm, unconditional love and happiness. And when that happens…I rock the dock!! It’s just like in a video game: you go up levels and you fall levels. But once you’ve reached the higher levels, you know how to get there, and get back there faster. You no longer stay stuck in the lower levels. The trick, to maintaining peace is staying awake and aware.

May the light of love and truth overcome all ignorance and darkness.
