Your family, your job, your funky shoes, your funny friend, your cool new place, your hot body, your fuzzy slippers, your adorable pet, your peace and quiet, whatever. The point is you have to get into a happier, more positive and grateful mindset and vibration. Why? Because, duh, it feels better to be happy than depressed. Plus, the universal law is that we increase what we focus on. If you keep thinking miserable thoughts, you create negative emotions and vibrations which in turn attract and increase negative outcomes, experiences and episodes into you life.
